Vegetable curry

250 g green beans, 250 g potato, 250 g tomatoes2 tbsp. tablespoons oil, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic,1 tbsp. teaspoon curry powder (or minced garlicwith spices), salt, lemon juice.

Onion and garlic finely chopped and lightly fry in fat.Add curry and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat, thenAdd tomatoes, chopped green beans (you canadd a small amount of water). Sauce should bethickish. When the beans will be quite ready, addpeeled, finely sliced potatoes. All putwith fat, salt and willingness to add the juicelemon.
