Dal of split peas

1 cup split peas 5 cups water 4 onions,3 tbsp. melted butter, salt, 1 / 2 hourstablespoons cumin, coriander, ground black and redpepper, garam masala, and salt.
 

To sort and wash the peas, soaked in 3 cups hotwater for 5 hours. Bow clean, wash, pass it throughmeat grinder. In a saucepan heat the oil, cumin throw,coriander, pepper, then onion. Everything is good to fry, thenput peas, add water and cook until it seethe.Sprinkle with garam-Masalit, pour into a tureen.
