Balls mashed potatoes with horseradish

3 large potatoes, 5 tablespoons. unsalted butteroil, 3 teaspoons grated fresh horseradish1 teaspoon salt 1 pinch ground black pepper1 pinch ground red pepper, 7 slices of lemon.
