1 cup red beans, 4 cups water 4 tbsp. spoonmelted butter, 1 / 2 liters of kefir or yogurt, for1 / 2 tsp coriander, cumin, ground red pepperginger, 1 tbsp. tablespoon chopped fresh coriander, garam masala,,salt.
Soak beans for 5-6 hours, then go, washand cook until tender in salted water.
In a deep frying pan heat the oil. Put therespices, lightly browned and pour yogurt. Cook for 15 -20 min. Pour the contents into a saucepan and cook for another 10 min.The finished dish to pass in the tureen, sprinkle with herbs cilantroand ginger.
