Seasoning fresh mint

1 cup chopped fresh and superblymint, in 2 tbsp. lemon and orange juice
2 tbsp. spoon of honey, 3 tbsp. tablespoons water, 1 pod of acutegreen pepper, seeded and chopped,1 / 4 cup shredded coconut, 1 tsp salt.
