Surprise Cauliflower and potatoes

2 large potatoes, vegetable oil, 1 mediuma head of cauliflower (approx. 1 kg), 1 tsp friedcumin, 1 / 4 tsp ground black pepper1 pinch ground red pepper, 1 / 2 tsp turmeric,1 tsp salt, 1 cup of household or fatGroceries yogurt (you can sour cream), 3-4 sprigsparsley.

Peel potatoes, cut into thick slices6 mm, rinsed in cold water, drain, putting paper napkins. Pour enough oil into a deep frying pan (or deep fat fryer) to fill half.Put on medium heat and slowly heated. Carefullyomit the potatoes in oil and fry until golden brown (8-10 minutes).
